Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BigNumbers Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

BigNumbers Consulting provides software development consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Rapid prototyping and MVP development
• Full-stack product development
• Platform engineering and infrastructure
• Technical consulting and advisory services
• Access to client reports and deliverables through our secure portal

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement:

• All work product created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment
• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Client reports and deliverables are confidential and for client use only
• The content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. Client reports accessible through our portal are confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigNumbers Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
